|A||If you are having any technical issues with the system, our first recommendation is that you clear your browsers’ cache or use the platform in another browser and try again, this often resolves problems on the client side. If you have any questions about the data, please refer to our Data Guides for detailed information about aspects such as data formats, update frequency, geographic coverage and data provider details.
If you have any further difficulties please contact the Jisc service desk at email@example.com with as much information as possible to enable us to resolve the issues and liaise with the correct technical teams (Airbus or data providers). Supporting information such as screenshots, which browser and version you are using, dataset specific information, if anybody else is having the same problems, what GIS client and version you are using, etc. will enable us to resolve your issues much quicker.
